Alarm Protection Services (APS), a locally owned home and business security company near New Orleans, was having trouble gathering leads from their website. This local business was competing with larger national brands that created trust with consumers by advertising the security of large companies. APS needed a way to build trust among the local community in order to sell more alarm and home automation systems for both residential and commercial customers.
How we helped: We implemented Live Chat to the APS website in order to keep visitors on the site longer and convert them to leads. Then, we crafted radio endorsements from WWL personality, Tommy Tucker, to help build brand awareness and trust among listeners. Lastly, to drive traffic to their website and ultimately increase sales, targeted display ads, search engine marketing, and search engine optimization were used.
Results: Growth exploded and has grown significantly year after year. APS had a record breaking Q1 with 60% growth in residential sales vs. 2016 and a 30% growth in commercial sales vs last year. APS also acquired co-op dollars and continues to grow their partnership.
