Heidi D’Amelio started her professional career as a model and fitness trainer, but when she met her husband Marc in New York City she knew her dream of always wanting to be a mom was the path she wanted to take. The couple married, moved to Connecticut and started their family, where teaching her children about values, reputation and giving back to others became a central conversation for all four members even before the family skyrocketed to fame. Utilizing her love for dance and a decade of practice, Heidi’s youngest daughter Charli started posting dances on TikTok and literally overnight became the most followed name on the platform. The family soon joined in and currently have a combined following of over 170 million. Heidi’s dedication to being a present but not overbearing mom has grown her own following on TikTok to over eight million and growing. On top of being a full-time mom and overseeing her family’s demanding schedules, Heidi continues to pursue her passions, which include health and wellness, fitness and philanthropy. Balancing personal and work life and ensuring the internet is a safe place not only for her daughters but for other teens as well is always her main priority. The family recently launched a YouTube channel and announced an upcoming docuseries for Hulu—on which she will star alongside her family and serves as an executive producer—on which they will give their fans a deeper glimpse into their everyday life. Heidi has also made it a point to use her and her family’s platforms for good raising awareness and donations for COVID-19, childhood cancer causes, and natural disasters such as the hurricanes in her hometown of Louisiana.
Marc D’Amelio has been a successful business professional and entrepreneur for over twenty years. He embarked on his career in 1991 after graduating from The University of Connecticut. Marc has worked with many of best apparel, footwear and accessory brands in the world. In 2000 Marc founded Madsoul Clothing Company in South Norwalk, Connecticut. In 2006 Drew Pearson Marketing in Dallas, TX acquired Madsoul and founded The Level 4 Collective Wholesale Showroom and Sales Agency in New York City. Through the Level 4 Collective, over the past years, Marc has helped turn a struggling division of Adidas named Mitchell & Ness and increased its annual sales immensely. He has recently been recognized as famous father of social media stars Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, whose careers skyrocketed through their charming videos posted on the popular platform TikTok, where he has his own following of over nine million. This year the family will appear in their own docuseries on Hulu which will follow the lives and businesses of the D’Amelios. Marc will star in the series alongside his family and serves as an executive producer as well.
